Sketchbook Saturday

I spent a happy afternoon, and perhaps way too much time, sitting in front of a pile of garlic heads.
I wanted to try out my Inktense Pencils, and I reached out here with a bit of collage in the middle of the garlic head with the roots: some handmade paper I found, plastered on with Gel Medium and then scribbled on. Some of the pencil, especially the shadows, were either regular PrismaColor or Turquoise plain old graphite pencils (both not water-soluble, unlike the Inkense Pencils).
Here's my result:

I could totally dis' this and tell you everything that's wrong with it, but I'm a better person now ... and "I'm good enough, strong enough, wise enough, and People love me."
